Estimates and agreements

Prices are given after a walk-through of the property. The scope, price and schedule for any job are set in a written agreement between you and us, and that agreement governs the work rather than anything on this website.

Who does the work

Polecat Remodeling carries out the work it books. When our schedule is full or a job falls outside what we can take on, a call may be forwarded to another trusted local remodeler so you still reach help. Any work arranged on such a call is between you and that company, and its availability and pricing may differ from ours. Homeowners should confirm licensing and insurance with whoever does the work.
