Short answer
We remodel homes in Greensboro and across the Piedmont Triad, roughly 40 miles around our office on Deerrun Drive in Randleman. That covers Guilford County, the Randolph County towns near the office, and the nearer parts of Forsyth, Davidson, Alamance and Rockingham counties.
A remodel is not a one-visit job. Someone is at the house most working days for weeks, and the trades come back for rough-ins, inspections and finishes, so we keep the radius to where we can be there when the schedule calls for it.
Permits change with the line on the map, too. Greensboro issues its own, Guilford County issues them for unincorporated areas and several towns, and Randolph County handles Randleman and Archdale. Each area page says which office applies where the research covers it.
Coverage by region
Most of our kitchens and baths are in Greensboro itself, from the 1910s to 1930s revival houses of Irving Park and the bungalows of Sunset Hills and Lindley Park to the newer streets around Lake Jeanette. The Greensboro neighborhoods page covers each one.
North of Greensboro, Summerfield, Oak Ridge and Stokesdale are mostly owner-occupied and newer, where bonus rooms, screened porches and additions come up. Further west, Kernersville, Winston-Salem and Clemmons sit at the edge of the radius.

Our office is on Deerrun Drive in Randleman, about twenty miles south of downtown Greensboro. Most of our remodeling work is in Greensboro and Guilford County.
