When you call, we note your name, phone number, the address of the property and what you want done, so we can schedule a walk-through and prepare a scope. We do not collect payment card numbers through this website, and the site has no forms.

Information collected automatically

Like most websites, our hosting provider records basic technical data such as IP address, browser type and the pages requested, for security and to keep the site running. If you choose to load the embedded map, Google receives the request under its own privacy policy.

How we use it

We use what you tell us to answer your call, schedule and carry out the work, and keep records of the job. We do not sell personal information.

When a call is forwarded

If our schedule is full or no one can take the work, your call may be forwarded to another trusted local remodeler so you still reach help. In that case the details you give on that call go to that company, which handles them under its own practices.

How long we keep it

We keep job records for as long as needed for the work, any follow-up on it and our business records, then delete or archive them.

Your choices
